Bridget Jacinto-Jones joined FDA in 1990 and participated in the company’s growth over the years. Today, FDA is three times the size it was when she joined. Her role in the company advanced as the needs of the corporation expanded. Currently, Bridget works closely with Joshua Dachs in overseeing the day-to-day operations of FDA, including personnel management, billing projections, budget development, and financial reports.

 Along with a professional employer organization (PEO) and the CFO, Bridget manages payroll, reviews benefits packages, handles employee policies, and administers profit sharing statements. Bridget also oversees the accounting department.

Bridget has a B.A. degree in Broadcast Communications from the Institute of Mass Communications at the University of the Philippines in Manila, and she worked for many years in advertising, marketing, and retail management. She is currently very involved in the social awareness initiatives of her high school alumnae association.
